Passenger Service Department
Our Passenger Service Department staff are busy assisting the passengers with check-in, boarding, arrivals, ticketing services and will always be there if the flight is delayed or cancelled.
Our Ramp Department will offload and load baggage, cargo and mail, ensure that the bag gets on its way to the right destination with the help of advanced baggage reconciliation systems. They will service all the aircraft needs, such as toilet- and water services, push back and towing. Via our sub-contractors we get the aircraft cleaned and catered.
Operations perform load control, flight control, communication and dispatch services in a variety of airline Departure Control Systems.
